DUI And Breathalyzer Tests In Sacramento

If the law enforcement officer has reasons to believe that you were operating your vehicle under the influence of alcohol, he or she will have the right to ask you to submit yourself to a breathalyzer test that will test out your BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) levels.
